This unbelievable back piece belongs Jeff Dygert. Jeff is a regular contributor to STB, this will be his third tattoo on the site. With quality work like this, we hope he keeps getting more ink and sending it in!

This piece is of a horse drawn steamer with some of my city's landmarks making up the background. The work was done by Bryan Bancroft who runs Liquid Brick Tattoo in Cortland, NY
