Description: I chose this tattoo because it is a representation of my career.  The name on the top of the tattoo is "Hampden" he was my step-son who passed away at the age of nine from a brain tumor and I wanted to keep his memory close.  I also had the names of my other two children placed along the bottom (Nikki & Christian).
