Description: After graduating from the academy a bunch of us said we were going to get tattoo's.. I wanted to wait until I had completed my first year with the department. The design is based off of an idea that I had, but the original artwork is by John-Paul of Neptune's Sea of Ink in St. Augustine, FL.
