This great design belongs to James (Jim) Poirrier, a Captain with the City of Fort Walton Beach Fire Rescue in sunny Florida.

"This is my WTC Memorial tattoo remembering my fallen brothers. I had this tattoo designed by Albert at Tattoos Forever Phat City of Fort Walton Beach after I returned from serving my country in support of the war against terrorism. I am a 20 year veteran with the fire department and was recalled to active duty Air Force on September 12, 2001. I was released from active duty on November 4, 2002 and had the opportunity to meet with Albert to start a drawing for my Tat. Here it is and if you pay close attention to detail you will see the towers with the fallen brothers spirits looking down over there memory. "
